TRENDING FOR THE NEW YEAR
The New Year is right around the corner and with that comes change. New trends are on everybody’s mind this time of year and we all want to make sure we are in the loop. Whether it is website design or logo design, we at Oblique are staying current on the trends.
TRENDING IN 2014::
- Simple design – Everyday we are faced with more and more colors, messages and images. Breaking through the clutter is key. Communicating clear and concise messages with a clear visual will make your design pop in 2014.
- 5-7 second storytelling through video– With the popularity of social media platforms such as Vine, Instagram and Snapchat, these short videos are on the rise. It is a great way to get a message across in a world where people don’t have the time to watch a full video.
- Logos with depth– Oversimplifying a logo could lead to loss of brand independence. By adding depth and symbolism, a logo gains its own identity.
